Weekly Calorie Intake

i thought i would post my calorie graph every sunday to hold me a little accountable throughout the week. this week was a good one. i ate a TON of veggies! also, tim did a great job of cooking dinners every night this week... including friday and saturday night!! 
i really love using this app... i heard the analogy that this app is like a checkbook for calories. very true.

what weight losing method works best for you?

  1. How did you figure out how many calories you need? I don't have a fancy phone with apps.

  2. hey ellen! the app actually figures it out for you by the amount of weight you are and how much you want to lose every week...

    it gets a little tricky though... when you start to lose weight... your daily calories go down!

    there is a website i have heard of called... www.sparkpeople.com... and i think calories can be figured out and tracked on that website... no phone needed! :)
