11.4 loss - i'm at 178.6 - thought i was NEVER gonna see the 170's.
SO EXCITED! i don't know if i will stop at 160 - it's not about a number for me - but about how i feel and i would love to fit in some of my size 10's.
i hate weeks when i gain week... it is discouraging and it can totally be a set back. but you are still in the 170s!! you are doing great! anything could cause the scale to go up for a day!
i am so happy you are doing this with me. i really think it is great that we are the same weight and going for the same goals. you are doing AWESOME! i can't wait to see next weeks weigh-in!! :)

i'm just only going to weigh myself on tuesdays - no mid week weigh ins. i cant wait to get outside and take a walk every morning with fitzy and then every evening with my boys together. and then fit in those 10's!

YEY!!! The 170s!!! Feels great, huh?? next "mini" goal is 175! :)
