i have been really working on having a balance in my diet... learning to maintain my weight.... and enjoying life.
last night, tim and i went on a date at one of our favorite restaurants in town. i decided to order a mediterranean wrap with roasted red peppers, cucumbers, lettuce and hummus. with a side of french fries to split with tim.
we then decided to share a dessert after dinner. and i totally indulged.
weigh-in tomorrow. this is the first week that i focused on balancing my diet. eating healthy throughout most of the week but having some of my favorites in between.
