Weigh In Wednesday

Stepped on the scale this morning. 175.2... that is a gain of .2 pounds. not getting too worked up about it. it is the first time i gained in seven weeks! and such a small one at that!  i still have been doing a decent job not losing control and staying pretty close to my weekly calorie amount.

still no exercise. ugh. i had two simple goals this month. lose seven pounds. and exercise ONCE a week for thirty minutes. okay. this will be the week. i will feel the burn this week. i am determined to be successful with just one of my goals. :)

this guy doesn't seem to mind that i haven't started exercising yet.........
